oil pump is used to refuel the tank, the oil level in the tank rises and the pressure increases. When the pressure inside the tank
is 8KPA higher than the external pressure, the valve plate on the breathing valve opens; When using an oil pump to discharge oil
or when the oil material contracts due to cold, the oil level drops and the pressure decreases. When the pressure inside the tank
is 3KPA lower than the external pressure, the valve plate under the breathing valve opens.
