High work efficiency and fast spray speed; When spraying water and dusting for the storage yard which is easy to cause dust, the spray mist particles are fine and form a wet mist when contacting with the floating dust, which can quickly suppress the dust and sink down, and the settlement rate of fog can reach 80-90%.
The secondary atomization technology adopts a specific turbine wind aid device to change the wind direction to form an Angle with the flow direction of fog particles, so as to promote sufficient water atomization.
When the fog drops are ejected from the nozzle, they are further broken by the high-speed and high-pressure airflow in the spray area, and the speed of the fog drops is gradually increased to improve the atomization degree. The atomization can generally reach about 50-150um diameter fog drops. The supporting power is flexible, it can use three-phase 380V mains power, also can support the generating set power supply
